Description

The idea of the youth exchange is to bring together young people from our
NGO participating in the exchanges abroad in various European countries and
they will be asked to reflect on the drugs issue in Europe. We are facing a
renewed increase of drugs consumption in many European countries. Young
people often turn to drugs because of social, economic, educational, family or
personal problems. Therefore, to tackle the drugs issue requires a complex
approach. However, what is also important is the general attitude of the public
towards drugs. In many countries, drug abuse has become somewhat
acceptable among young people.Travel cost

We reimburse you 100% of your travel cost for the way go and back. The reimbursement limit is according to your distance in kilometers.

There is a participation fee of 30 euros that will be charged from every participant of the exchange.

Description

Education contributes, from an early age, to the socialization, integration and empowerment of individuals. It is also a means of achieving personal fulfillment which can help to enhance the employability of young people. Young people demand foreign language teaching, preparation for the educational exchanges and mobility programmes run by the European Union; they are interested in many other fields and they ask for a stronger emphasis on practical subjects. However, setting out to develop balanced, allencompassing curricula which are not overloaded is a challenge. They should be designed to provide the necessary knowledge and skills and also to reflect the multicultural nature of our societies.

Description

On daily basis young people receive different information and messages and they need to develop critical thinking concerning all that information. From this point, the main goal of the project "Media for All" is developing abilities of young people. A very important role is given to the media today and they are prerequisites of democracy. Young people are often confused by different messages coming across from media and it is very important for young people to understand how media work, be able to work with information and process the information they get.
